  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 450 grams fish steak, cut into 4 medallions
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups white button mushrooms, clean and sliced
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground

  • Marinate the medallions with oil and Knorr® Beef Broth.
  • Sear the medallions in hot oil.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • In the same pan, cook the mushrooms.
  • Dissolve Maizena® Corn Starch in water.
  • Add the Maizena® to the mushrooms.
  • Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add the medallions.
