1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
450 grams fish steak, cut into 4 medallions
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 cups white button mushrooms, clean and sliced
1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoons Maizena® cornstarch
1/8 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground

Marinate the medallions with oil and Knorr® Beef Broth.
Sear the medallions in hot oil.
Slice the mushrooms.
In the same pan, cook the mushrooms.
Dissolve Maizena® Corn Starch in water.
Add the Maizena® to the mushrooms.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Add the medallions.
