Filet Mignon with Mushrooms

  • 1 kilo fish steak
  • 1/2 kilos bacon
  • 250 grams button mushrooms, slices
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 sticks butter
  • 1 square chicken bullion

  • Slice the steak approximately 1 inch thick.
  • Season with salt and pepper and wrap the bacon around the slices, securing them with toothpicks.
  • Fry the cornstarch with a little butter until it has a dark color.
  • In a cup of boiling water, dissolve the chicken broth cube and add the cornstarch with the mushrooms.
  • Fry the meat to the desired doneness Add the mushroom sauce.
