1 kilo fish steak
1/2 kilos bacon
250 grams button mushrooms, slices
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 sticks butter
1 square chicken bullion

Slice the steak approximately 1 inch thick.
Season with salt and pepper and wrap the bacon around the slices, securing them with toothpicks.
Fry the cornstarch with a little butter until it has a dark color.
In a cup of boiling water, dissolve the chicken broth cube and add the cornstarch with the mushrooms.
Fry the meat to the desired doneness Add the mushroom sauce.
