Herb and Pepper Fillet

Delicious fillet with herbal pepper seasoning, quick and in the microwave.

  • 800 grams beef tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons allspice berries
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • aromatic herbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • Crush the salt and pepper in a blender or mortar.
  • Cut the fillet into 4 equal portions and cover with half of the pepper mixture.
  • Place in a microwave-safe dish, add the rosemary, and cook for 3 minutes on high power.
  • Flip the fillets and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Melt the butter on medium power in a glass dish and brush the meat.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the pepper mixture and distribute it along with the herbs.
  • Cook on medium-high power for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot and juicy, accompanied by your preferred side dish.
