800 grams beef tenderloin
3 tablespoons allspice berries
1 teaspoon coarse salt
aromatic herbs
4 tablespoons butter

Crush the salt and pepper in a blender or mortar.
Cut the fillet into 4 equal portions and cover with half of the pepper mixture.
Place in a microwave-safe dish, add the rosemary, and cook for 3 minutes on high power.
Flip the fillets and cook for 3 more minutes.
Melt the butter on medium power in a glass dish and brush the meat.
Sprinkle the rest of the pepper mixture and distribute it along with the herbs.
Cook on medium-high power for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and juicy, accompanied by your preferred side dish.
