Marinade for Beef

Enhance the flavor of beef with this delicious marinade, just keep in mind that it takes 1 hour in the refrigerator to give you time to prepare it when you need it.

  • 6 beef tenderloins
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • pilgrims
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic in oil Nature In®
  • 2 tablespoons Nature In® peanut mash sauce
  • 1/2 onions, in wedges
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, add beef fillets and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • In a skillet, add olive oil and fry the fillets, once fried, transfer them to a platter and let them rest. In the same skillet, fry the marinade and add 30 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon ½ of flour to thicken it, to make a gravy. Leave it over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens.
  • Pour the gravy over the fillets, serve the fillets with a side of roasted potatoes.
