Onion-Topped Beef Liver

  • 400 grams beef liver, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 onion, large
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • English sauces
  • vegetable oil, as needed

  • Slice the onion into julienne strips, making sure they are not too thin or too thick.
  • Heat oil in the skillet and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much; you can remove the excess once the onion is cooked).
  • Once the onion is sautéed, cook the pieces of liver in the skillet and season with very little salt, pepper, Maggi seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • When they are cooked, they are ready to serve. You can accompany with corn tortillas to make tacos.
