  • 400 grams potato
  • 450 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 4 beef, (thick cut)
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon

  • Slice the mushrooms and cube the potatoes.
  • Cook in a skillet with a little oil.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper.
  • Stir constantly until they turn golden.
  • Season the meat pieces with salt and pepper, season with Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook the meat in a skillet with a little olive oil and cook on both sides until reaching the desired doneness.
  • Serve the meat accompanied by the potatoes and mushrooms.
