Ribs in Chipotle Sauce

  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 canned chipotle peppers
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 kilos beef rib
  • 1 teaspoon soy

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the chipotles, barbecue sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, and honey until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Put flour in a baking dish. Dredge the ribs in the flour, turning them to coat all sides. Shake off the excess flour lightly; cook them in a baking dish for 5 minutes or until golden, turning them after 3 minutes of cooking.
  • Return all the ribs to the pot. Add the sauce; bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and cover.
  • Bake the ribs for 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Remove the fat that floats on the sauce and discard it.
