8 veal milanese
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 cups olive oil
3 limes, (its juice)
1 orange, (its juice)
1 lime, (its zest)
parsley, chopped

Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl. Dredge each scaloppine in the mixture and coat, then place on a plate.
Heat half of the oil and fry the scaloppine two at a time for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Gradually add the remaining oil.
Once all the scaloppine are fried, add the lemon juice, orange juice, and zest. Return the scaloppine to the skillet and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Add a little more flour to the sauce if it is too watery.
Serve on a platter and garnish with parsley.
