Beer Chicken

  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 kilo chicken, leg and thigh
  • 3/4 onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 bay
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 1 1/2 cups beer
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Spray a pot with 2 shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion and garlic.
  • In a separate pan, spray with 2 shots of PAM® Original, fry the chicken, and season with salt and pepper, then add the chicken broth, paprika, bay leaf, and beer.
  • Let the beer reduce; if it does not cover the chicken, add water until it is covered. Let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
