  • 1 package ground bread, or crushed crackers

  • First, mix the cream, salt, pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl.
  • This mixture is spread on the chicken cutlet, and the breading is placed on top, pressed a little to make it stick.
  • Fry the chicken breasts until they turn golden.
  • Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  • They are served hot accompanied by steamed vegetables or a green salad and a bit of refried beans. You can drizzle it with the same dressing used for breading, and it's ready.
