Put cereal in a blender and blend until finely chopped, measuring about 3/4 cup. Place flour and pepper in another small plate. Mix egg whites and milk in another small plate.
Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in egg whites, and finally in the cereal mixture to bread.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and spray Pam on each side. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
