  • For the burger meat: Place the ground beef, jalapeño pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl, then mix until all ingredients are combined. Form balls the size of your hand and flatten without losing the round shape and ensuring they are not too thin, about 2 cm thick. Set aside.
  • Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet, and press to infuse the flavor. Grill the burger meat on a griddle for 5 minutes on both sides. Then remove from the griddle and set aside.
  • For the grilled chiles: Wrap them in bacon and cook in an oven, salamander, or electric oven at high temperature for 5 minutes, until the bacon is golden. Set aside.
  • To assemble the burger: Place the bun on a board, spread ranch dressing, place the meat on top, add the manchego cheese, a tablespoon of ranch dressing, two onion rings, and cover with the top bun. Place one of the grilled chiles on top, and use a toothpick to secure it to the top of the burger. Serve with tomato and lettuce.
