For the burger meat: Place the ground beef, jalapeño pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl, then mix until all ingredients are combined. Form balls the size of your hand and flatten without losing the round shape and ensuring they are not too thin, about 2 cm thick. Set aside. Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet, and press to infuse the flavor. Grill the burger meat on a griddle for 5 minutes on both sides. Then remove from the griddle and set aside.
