Cheese-Stuffed Beef Rolls in Creamy Tomato Sauce

If you don't know what to prepare for your family during the week, go ahead and make these delicious cheese-stuffed beef rolls in creamy tomato sauce, they are practical and very easy to make. Serve them with baby potatoes and baby carrots.

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 5 tomatoes, poached
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 beef cutlets
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, in sticks
  • vegetable oil

  • For the sauce, blend the evaporated milk with the cream, tomatoes, tomato puree, onion, and garlic.
  • In a small pot, melt the butter and add the sauce, cook for 20 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • On a cutting board, place the beef cutlets, season with salt and pepper, fill with cheese and roll up. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • In a skillet with oil, cook the rolls until they are cooked through.
  • Serve on a plate with the creamy tomato sauce, and accompany with baby potatoes and baby carrots.
