Chicken and Mushroom Crepes in Poblano Sauce

You won't believe how easy it is to make homemade crepes, they are perfect to surprise your favorite person, and the combination of chicken with mushrooms and the creamy poblano sauce will delight you.

  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 100 grams oyster mushrooms, cut into strips
  • 2 cups chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 Knorr® poblano cream, for the sauce
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, finely chopped, for the sauce

  • Melt Margarina Primavera® in a non-stick skillet and sauté the onion with the mushrooms until softened and lightly browned.
  • Add the chicken and season with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth; set aside.
  • For the sauce, heat Knorr® Crema de Poblano with the strips over low heat and once it comes to a boil, remove from heat.
  • Heat the crepes and fill with the chicken mixture; serve them on each plate and drizzle with the sauce.
  • Add the cheese on top and serve.
