Chicken Breast in Mushroom Sauce

Mushrooms are very tasty, and what better way to try them than in this recipe. It’s a delicious chicken in mushroom sauce that you can't miss trying.

  • 500 grams chicken breast, in cubes
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chicken breast until cooked (not browned).
  • In the blender, grind the mushrooms with the cream and the powdered broth.
  • Add to the skillet with the cooked chicken and let heat for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
