Chicken Breast in Pineapple and Mustard Sauce

  • 4 Tyson® chicken breast fillets
  • 800 grams canned pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and pineapple juice, letting it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the onion and pineapple into cubes, and the bell pepper into strips.
  • Brown the chicken breasts on both sides and set aside.
  • Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and pineapple, then add the chicken broth, mustard, and cream. Mix and wait for it to boil.
  • Add the chicken breasts into the sauce and coat them with it for 5 minutes. Serve with a bit of chopped parsley.
