4 Tyson® chicken breast fillets
800 grams canned pineapple
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 onions
1 green bell pepper
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and pineapple juice, letting it rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the onion and pineapple into cubes, and the bell pepper into strips.
Brown the chicken breasts on both sides and set aside.
Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and pineapple, then add the chicken broth, mustard, and cream. Mix and wait for it to boil.
Add the chicken breasts into the sauce and coat them with it for 5 minutes. Serve with a bit of chopped parsley.
