Chicken Breast with Spinach Sauce

Delicious chicken breasts with spinach sauce; the best part? They'll be ready in 15 minutes!

  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

  • Dissolve the Knorr Swiss cube in the oil to form a paste.
  • Spread only on one side of the chicken breasts.
  • In a hot skillet, without oil, add the chicken breasts.
  • Brown each side of the chicken breasts (5 min), flip and finish cooking (about 4 min). Remove them.
  • In the same skillet, over high heat, sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
  • Add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes, then incorporate the cream. Serve this mixture over the chicken.
