1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts, boneless
2 teaspoons onion, chopped
4 cups spinach, chopped
3 tablespoons sour cream

Dissolve the Knorr Swiss cube in the oil to form a paste.
Spread only on one side of the chicken breasts.
In a hot skillet, without oil, add the chicken breasts.
Brown each side of the chicken breasts (5 min), flip and finish cooking (about 4 min). Remove them.
In the same skillet, over high heat, sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes, then incorporate the cream. Serve this mixture over the chicken.
