Chicken Broth with Vegetables

This broth with zucchini, carrot, green beans, and corn made with a touch of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth will become your family's favorite.   • 1 chicken breast, skinless
  • 2 1/2 liters water
  • 1/2 onions, in piece
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cubes Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 carrot, peeled, sliced, and cooked
  • 1 pumpkin, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, cooked and cut into thirds
  • 1 ear corn, cooked and in pieces
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro

  • Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and boil them in a pot with water.
  • Remove all the foam that rises to the surface.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cubes, and cook for approximately 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  • Remove the chicken and shred it.
  • Add the vegetables, cilantro, and shredded chicken to the pot and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve.
