Melt the butter and brown the chicken. Once cooked, remove from heat. Melt more butter and sauté the onion. Then add the flour and stir with a whisk. Gradually add the broth, wine, and cream (until achieving a thick sauce)
Season with salt, pepper, add the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of curry.
Lower the heat, add the chicken and season for about 10 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice, raisins, coconut, and almonds.
