Chicken Enchiladas (my seasoning)

Delicious chicken enchiladas, a very tasty dish that you can prepare at home any day of the week. Delicious corn tortillas filled with chicken, drenched in tomato sauce accompanied by fresh cheese, cream, avocado, and onion. A delight.

  • Blend the tomato, onion, chicken broth cube, garlic, and water.
  • In a saucepan, add a little oil and sauté the sauce, add the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper, and let it reduce a bit.
  • In a skillet, fry the tortillas in oil. Then fill them with the chicken. Pour the sauce on top.
  • Garnish with fresh cheese, avocado, cream, and onion slices.
