2 tomatoes, roasted
4 guajillo chiles, deveined and roasted
1 clove garlic, roasted
1/4 onions, roasted
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 chicken breast, shredded
salt and pepper
500 grams Señor Cactus® nopal tortilla
2 cups vegetable oil
green salsa, for serving
sour cream, for serving
queso fresco, for serving

In a blender, blend the tomato with the guajillo chili, garlic, and onion until you obtain a sauce.
In a skillet over low heat, pour in the sauce and season with salt and pepper, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken and let it cook for 2 more minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
Heat the Señor Cactus® nopal tortillas
Place two tortillas one on top of the other and fill with the previous preparation, roll up.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the tacos until they are golden brown.
