1 chicken, large
100 grams butter
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
12 green onions

5 slices deli ham, in strips
1/2 kilos peas

Cut the chicken into eight pieces, brown them in the butter and tablespoons of oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the green onions, a few tablespoons of water, and a teaspoon of sugar over the green onions.
Cook for half an hour with the pot covered, and add the two slices of ham cut into strips, the peas, and a few more tablespoons of water.
Cook for another half an hour uncovered.
