Chicken Fried Rice

There is no recipe faster and easier to make than fried rice. It should always be kept in mind that cooking is an art, but it also requires a lot of care and love, as somehow the effort and dedication are transmitted.

  • 320 grams rice
  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 8 stems onion
  • 1/2 red bell peppers
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt

  • Prepare the rice with ginger and a little salt.
  • Fry the bacon over medium heat in a dry pan until cooked but not crispy.
  • In the same bacon fat, fry the ginger. Raise the heat and add the chicken. Once browned, add a bit of soy sauce and let cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the green onions, bell pepper, and bacon to the rice, mix it all together then add the chicken and the egg omelet, mix well, and finally add a little more soy sauce.
