  • 100 grams achiote
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Maggi seasoning, chicken
  • 70 grams fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 onions, in julienne
  • 3 slices orange

  • Preheat the oven to 190. Dissolve the achiote in the liquids, adding the cilantro.
  • Place it in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang to cover it. In it, create a bed with the onion to place the chicken on top.
  • Pour the achiote mixture over the chicken, and place the orange slices on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
