1 1/2 kilos chicken breast
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 liter chicken broth
70 grams curry
3 serrano chiles
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons flour
150 grams almonds, toasted and chopped
250 grams raisins
150 grams grated sweet coconuts
mango chutney

Put 1/2 liter of water in a pot with the garlic and onion.
Add the chicken breasts cut into large cubes.
Blend the chicken broth, curry, serrano chiles, chicken bouillon powder, and flour.
Bring to a boil in a pot until thickened.
Add the chicken breasts cut into pieces to this sauce.
To serve, place almonds, raisins, coconut, and chutney on small plates so that each person can season their chicken with curry sauce to taste.
