Chicken in Curry Sauce

A very quick curry chicken recipe, served with shredded coconut, almonds, raisins, and mango chutney.

  • 1 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 70 grams curry
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150 grams almonds, toasted and chopped
  • 250 grams raisins
  • 150 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • mango chutney

  • Put 1/2 liter of water in a pot with the garlic and onion.
  • Add the chicken breasts cut into large cubes.
  • Blend the chicken broth, curry, serrano chiles, chicken bouillon powder, and flour.
  • Bring to a boil in a pot until thickened.
  • Add the chicken breasts cut into pieces to this sauce.
  • To serve, place almonds, raisins, coconut, and chutney on small plates so that each person can season their chicken with curry sauce to taste.
