Chicken in Garlic and Basil Sauce

Prepare this delicious recipe for chicken that is easy and quick. It features a creamy sauce made from Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree with goat cheese, flavored with oregano and fine herbs. Super tasty and juicy.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and butter, fry the garlic. Add the chicken, sear the breasts well on all sides; season with salt, pepper, and fine herbs. Remove.
  • In the same skillet, cook the garlic with the onion, add the Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree, the basil, the cream, and mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and goat cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken breasts and the garlic you reserved and cook until the chicken is well cooked, over low heat and covered. Serve immediately and garnish with more goat cheese and fresh basil.
