Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon butter; 5 cloves garlic, whole; 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 tablespoon fine herbs; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for sauce; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for sauce; 2 cups Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce; 1 cup basil, chopped; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1 tablespoon garlic powder; 1 tablespoon oregano; 1/2 cups goat cheese, crumbled; basil, for garnish

Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and butter, fry the garlic. Add the chicken, sear the breasts well on all sides; season with salt, pepper, and fine herbs. Remove. In the same skillet, cook the garlic with the onion, add the Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree, the basil, the cream, and mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and goat cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes.
