5 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and seedless
1/2 sticks cream cheese
1/2 cups sour cream
1 sprig fresh cilantro
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 onions, sliced
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup corn kernels

For the sauce, blend the poblano pepper with the cream cheese, cream, cilantro, onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Set aside.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the chicken, corn kernels, the sauce, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve, accompanied by tortillas.
