For the sauce, blend the poblano pepper with the cream cheese, cream, cilantro, onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Set aside. Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the chicken, corn kernels, the sauce, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes.
