Chicken in Walnut Sauce

A very simple and delicious recipe to prepare chicken breasts in a very rich walnut sauce.

  • 1 liter chicken broth  1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon

  • Boil the skinless chicken breasts with garlic and onion in the chicken broth.
  • Separate the breasts from the broth and debone them.
  • To prepare the sauce: blend the broth with the walnut and the powdered consommé.
  • Heat the broth with the walnut along with the breasts.
  • Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
