Chicken Nuggets

This recipe is loved by kids as chicken is a delicious and fun dish. Plus, they are easy to prepare; they are definitely one of the favorites for all the little ones at home.

  • 500 grams chicken breast, skinless
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups vinaigrette

  • Mix the breadcrumbs with the Italian herbs on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips or squares.
  • Place the chicken in the vinaigrette, this will help the breadcrumbs stick. Then coat with the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the nuggets for 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and when cut, the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the pan and serve.
