500 grams chicken breast, skinless
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
pepper
1/4 cups vinaigrette

Mix the breadcrumbs with the Italian herbs on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips or squares.
Place the chicken in the vinaigrette, this will help the breadcrumbs stick. Then coat with the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the nuggets for 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and when cut, the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from the pan and serve.
