Chicken Rolls in Chipotle Cream

  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast fillet
  • 1/4 kilos deli ham

  • Cut the steak, ham, and cheese into strips.
  • Place a strip of ham and a strip of cheese on each steak strip, then roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
  • Put all the rolls in a covered pot, add garlic salt, pepper, and cook until they change color. Fry all the rolls and set aside.
  • Mix the cream with the juice from the rolls, a bit of pineapple syrup, and the chipotles.
  • Cook on low heat along with the rolls and diced pineapple slices.
  • Let it boil until the cream thickens a bit.
