1/2 kilos chicken breast fillet
1/4 kilos deli ham
5 slices Manchego cheese
garlic salt
pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
850 grams sour cream
chipotle chile
3 slices canned pineapple
canned pineapple syrup

Cut the steak, ham, and cheese into strips.
Place a strip of ham and a strip of cheese on each steak strip, then roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
Put all the rolls in a covered pot, add garlic salt, pepper, and cook until they change color. Fry all the rolls and set aside.
Mix the cream with the juice from the rolls, a bit of pineapple syrup, and the chipotles.
Cook on low heat along with the rolls and diced pineapple slices.
Let it boil until the cream thickens a bit.
