  • Place the chicken breast in a bowl with water and salt, cook in the microwave for 8 minutes. Shred with a mixer.
  • Prepare the dressing: Mix the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, avocado, celery, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cream cheese, onion powder, sour cream, and a pinch of salt.
  • Assemble the sandwich cake: Place the slices of bread as the base, spread the avocado dressing, add the spinach, layer the cheese slices, sprinkle the chicken, and place another layer of bread. Repeat until you have 4 layers of bread.
  • Cover the chicken sandwich cake with the prepared cream cheese and garnish with chives.
