4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 onions, in cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 cups tomato juice

Cut each chicken breast into strips (about 3-4 per breast).
In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and the rest of the ingredients, cover, and shake.
Add the chicken to the marinade, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and place in a pot and bring to a boil.
On skewers, alternate the chicken, onion, and bell pepper.
Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
Baste each skewer 1-2 times during grilling with the marinade.
