1 green bell pepper, cut into large squares for skewers

Mix in a bowl the sea salt, lemon juice and zest, cilantro, and garlic; drizzle in the Nutrioli® vegetable oil while simultaneously incorporating with a whisk or fork. Set aside.
Form the skewers with the sticks using the chicken and vegetables, and brush with the vinaigrette you prepared earlier; you can let them rest in the oil for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Heat a skillet or grill to high temperature, place the skewers, sear for 5 seconds on both sides, and lower the temperature to finish cooking them.
