Chicken Strips

  • 2 cups chicken breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • On a cutting board, cut the chicken into strips. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Season the egg with salt and pepper and beat until combined.
  • Dip the chicken in the egg and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs until completely covered.
  • Fry the chicken fingers in oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked. Place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  • Serve hot and accompany with steamed vegetables and ketchup. Enjoy.
