2 cups chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 eggs
vegetable oil, for frying

On a cutting board, cut the chicken into strips. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
Season the egg with salt and pepper and beat until combined.
Dip the chicken in the egg and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Fry the chicken fingers in oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked. Place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Serve hot and accompany with steamed vegetables and ketchup. Enjoy.
