1 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cups ketchup, (Ketchup)
1/3 cups brown sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
1 chicken, cut into pieces (2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 drumsticks)

In a pot, combine: balsamic vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, finely chopped garlic clove, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Place the pot over medium heat until it reduces to 1/3, for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Put 1/2 cup of the sauce in a small dish.
Grill the chicken for 10 minutes on each side, brushing the chicken with barbecue sauce during the last 2-3 minutes on each side.
Place the chicken on a platter and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
