Chicken with Brie Cheese

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and halved
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 2 cups thick cream
  • 60 grams Brie cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • Wash and dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and fry the chicken breasts on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  • Place them in a pyrex or baking dish that can go in the oven.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, cheese, and crushed garlic until it boils for three minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Strain the sauce and cover the chicken breasts with it.
  • Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 200° C.
