2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
4 chicken breasts, skinless, halved
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 cup tomato, chopped (for the sauce)
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped (for the sauce)
2 teaspoons lime juice, for the sauce
1/4 teaspoons salt, (for the sauce)
1 avocado, cubed for the sauce
1 1/8 teaspoons pepper, for the sauce

Prepare the marinade. Mix the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and chicken breasts in a large bowl. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with salt.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and spray with PAM.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the diced tomato with the lime juice, cubed avocado, red onion, salt, and pepper.
Serve as a sauce over the chicken.
