4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and halved
pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups sour cream
100 grams Emmental cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Wash and dry the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the breasts on both sides for about 5 minutes. Place them in an oven-safe dish.
In a small pot, mix the cream, garlic, and cheeses over low heat until it boils. Stir constantly to prevent sticking.
Cover the breasts with the sauce and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
