It's time to try chicken milanesas in a different way, baked with manchego cheese and the delicious flavor of Herdez® Guacamole Sauce. Pair them with French fries to complete the flavor.
6 chicken breasts, as milanesa (200 g to 220 g each)
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups bacon, sliced, fried
1/4 cups chile flakes
2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
salt, for seasoning
pepper, for seasoning

For the breading: Beat the egg with the milk in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Set aside.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the cornflakes in a large dish.
Dip the chicken milanesas in the beaten egg until completely covered, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and press with your hands to ensure it adheres to the entire surface.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the milanesas, flipping them only once until they are well browned, which will take about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place the milanesas in a baking dish, cover with a layer of Herdez® Guacamole Sauce, add strips of fried bacon and chili flakes. Finally, add a layer of manchego cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C or until golden brown.
