  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded, for the salad
  • 1 cup white cabbage, shredded, for the salad
  • 3/4 cups carrot, shredded, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mustard

  • For the BBQ sauce: Mix the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small pot.Cook the BBQ sauce for 5 minutes or until it starts to reduce. Then, add the butter, mix, and incorporate the shredded chicken. Set aside
  • For the coleslaw: in a bowl, mix the purple cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill the puff pastries with the chicken in BBQ sauce, the coleslaw, and the pickles.
  • Serve the BBQ chicken puff pastries on a platter and enjoy.
