If you want a complete, nutritious, and very delicious dinner, this recipe is the best option. A tasty little toast of breaded chicken with granola, creamy brie cheese, and slices of avocado to accompany, simply irresistible.
In three containers, place the flour, beaten egg, and Kellogg’s® quinoa granola. Bread each cutlet by first dipping it in flour, then in egg (removing the excess), and finally in the granola.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Place 3 slices of brie cheese on each toast, one chicken cutlet, and three slices of avocado.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and coarse salt. Decorate with parsley leaves.
