1 boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoon mustard
100 grams quinoa
500 milliliters water
1 clove garlic
1 egg, (beaten) for breading
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 pears

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Boil the water and add the garlic clove. When it is boiling, add the quinoa. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the raw chicken and place it in a processor.
Add a tablespoon of mustard, salt, and pepper to the chicken to taste.
Mix well and shape into nuggets.
Dip each nugget in the beaten egg and then in the quinoa.
Bake for 20 minutes.
