1 cup Plant Revolution® original almond milk, for the marinade
1 teaspoon paprika, for the marinade
1 teaspoon oregano, for the marinade
1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the marinade
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, for the marinade

Place the chicken breast strips in a bowl to marinate. Add the almond milk, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, and enough salt and pepper, then mix very well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
While the chicken strips are marinating, prepare the coating. Chop the almonds into small pieces, place in a bowl or shallow plate, and mix with the parmesan cheese and almond flour.
Once the resting time is over, take the chicken strips out of the refrigerator, drain them well, and first dip them in the beaten egg, then coat them with the almond and cheese mixture. Repeat until all the chicken tenders are done.
Spray the crispy chicken tenders with almond with a little cooking spray and cook in the air fryer at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Once ready, serve the tenders with your preferred dipping sauce.
