5 chicken cutlets
1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
olive oil
2 cups ground tomatoes
1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
ground black pepper
1 cup vegetable broth, or chicken
fresh basil leaf
5 slices deli ham, thin
1 teaspoon italian herbs

Add the onion and chopped garlic to a pan with a little olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
Add the crushed tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, and fresh basil. If necessary, add a little broth.
Bread the milanesas by dipping them in flour, egg, and panko or breadcrumbs.
Fry the milanesas in a pan with oil until golden brown and well cooked.
Place the milanesa on a plate, add a slice of ham and the tomato sauce.
Add slices of fresh tomato, fresh basil leaves, and shredded Oaxaca cheese.
