Buffalo Chicken Ring

For all your gatherings with friends, don’t forget to prepare this incredible and crispy buffalo chicken ring made with delicious Frank’s® Red Hot Wings sauce, all wrapped in puff pastry and with an amazing presentation. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and enjoy this sensational snack.

  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g), diced
  • 1/2 cups Frank’S® Red Hot Wings sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, of celery
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 grams puff pastry, cut into triangles of the same size
  • egg, for brushing
  • sesame seeds, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • For the filling, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes, and add the chicken and cream cheese. Cook until the cheese melts.
  • Add Frank’s® Red Hot Wings sauce and season with celery salt, parsley, salt, and pepper. Chill.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, overlap the puff pastry triangles to form a circle. Place the chicken filling on the puff pastry and close the triangles into a ring with a bit of egg.
  • Brush the dough ring with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and serve with ranch dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
