This is a 100% original and special Mexican recipe. It gives a flavor very similar to tacos al pastor, using chamoy. It is very easy to prepare and you will love it.

1 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups chamoy
1/4 cups valentina sauce
black pepper
1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cups onion, chopped
10 corn tortillas
1/2 liters canola oil
Preparation

Pour the chicken breast into a mold.
Add the chamoy, ketchup, and Valentina sauce.
Mix the chicken well with the sauces until everything is well integrated.
Sprinkle pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, well covered.
Chop the cilantro and onion finely; the pineapple in cubes.
Cook the chicken in a pan without oil and fry the tortillas in hot oil.
Form the tacos and serve with onion, cilantro, and pineapple.
