Chamoy Chicken Tacos

This is a 100% original and special Mexican recipe. It gives a flavor very similar to tacos al pastor, using chamoy. It is very easy to prepare and you will love it.

  • 1 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 1/4 cups valentina sauce
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 cups ketchup

  • Pour the chicken breast into a mold.
  • Add the chamoy, ketchup, and Valentina sauce.
  • Mix the chicken well with the sauces until everything is well integrated.
  • Sprinkle pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, well covered.
  • Chop the cilantro and onion finely; the pineapple in cubes.
  • Cook the chicken in a pan without oil and fry the tortillas in hot oil.
  • Form the tacos and serve with onion, cilantro, and pineapple.
