1 sprig celery, washed and disinfected, without leaves and sliced
1 cup leek, washed and disinfected, chopped
2 carrots, washed and disinfected, peeled and cut into small cubes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch

In a pot over high heat, sauté the chicken in the oil until it takes on a light golden color on all sides. Lower the heat and add the onion and garlic. Stir constantly until it becomes translucent.
Add the carrot and cook, stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Then add the celery and leek, integrate them well, and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour 2 cups of water into the pot and season the stew with Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning cubes. Mix everything well, cover the pot, and cook for 25 minutes. Dissolve the Maizena® cornstarch in the remaining half cup of water, pour it into the stew, and integrate. Boil to thicken.
